Kathy Stokotelny 

Kathy is the Broker / Owner of Action Realty Ltd.  She became a Sales Associate in June 2001 and a Broker in November 2005. Kathy is a dedicated and hard working professional with a pleasant personality. She is willing to go that extra mile to see that every detail is taken care of for her clients.  Her goal is to provide outstanding service and in doing so produce dynamic results. Ron Slobodzian

In June of 2007, Ron Slobodzian joined our  firm as a Sales Associate. His background experiences include a successful 25 year retailing career as well as property management and development. Ron is associated with the commercial and rental industry and also has an agricultural background. He has worked hard in the community and is very familiar with Dauphin and the Parkland area. Whether it's a business development venture or your first home, Ron will enthusiastically assist you with all your real estate needs.

Brenda Sanko

Brenda Sanko is the newest member of our office and became licensed as a Sales Associate on May of 2008. Brenda is a long time resident of Dauphin and is also very familiar with the Gilbert Plains and Grandview areas. She look forward to going to work for you!
